how it works
step 1
Make an inquiry with us before bringing your items in (email, phone, or instagram). Please include a few sample photos of your items if possible.
step 2
Once your items are approved, bring your washed item(s) to the shop in a box or reusable bag during store hours, except on weekend.
step 3
We will do a quality check and give you an offer. You can accept or deny, we do not barter.
step 4
Receive your payment and feel great that you are living less wasteful, helping our environment and gave something new life!
Please Read before bringing us your items
We love finding new treasures but please note that we are very selective about the items we accept. Our focus is on true vintage pieces with unique character, quality and charm. To avoid any disappointment (or wasted trips!), we kindly ask that you inquire first before bringing anything in.
We’re not able to accept all items and unfortunately cannot take fast fashion, athletic wear, formal pieces, or items that don’t align with our stores aesthetic.
We try to do all our buying on the spot, so please come prepared to wait in store or in town for up to 30 minutes while we go through everything.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS ON WEEKENDS
In the case where you must leave your items, you must be able to come pick them up within 48 hours of us reaching out with the offer or we will consider your items forfeited. We will not store your items for longer than 48 hours.
We do not barter with individuals and we do not do consignment-we prefer to buy your items out right.
Our offer will either be cash, e-transfer or store credit based on the needs of the store and quality of items.
